As an independent businesswoman, good health is a vital part of my business plan. Since I work a 9 to 5 job to help support me and my enterprises, I’ve become more sedentary. So I added Tai Chi to my health regimen. My teacher is Dr. Joseph Acquah, Doctor of Oriental Medicine and a 20-year Tai Chi practitioner.
